ABOUT YOUR VISIT
In our efforts to assist you as a new patient, we have provided all of the necessary forms needed for our office in the link above.

Please have all forms filled out completely prior to you visit.

Bring you insurance card and ID; you may be responsible for all charges if we do not receive this information.

All charges, co-pays, and obstetrical contract payments are due at the time of your visit.

We accept cash, check or credit and we do not bill for co-pays

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment.

If you are unable to keep your appointment please call the office at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment.

We try as a courtesy to call a week before and also the day before your appointment to remind you, however it is your responsibility to remember your appointment time.

I was referred to Dr. Gilbert by Dr. Yolanda Castro - another amazing doctor (!!!!!!!) who has been my family GP for many years. Dr. Gilbert Moran took over my prenatal care at 37 weeks when my OBGYN was not available and I needed doctor assistance. He advised me to see him immediately at his office and I felt very comfortable and confident in him. Two days later while having scheduled testing I discovered I was having early contractions wherein my baby fell under distress. Dr. Moran delivered my daughter via cesarean quickly and safely under emergency circumstances. I am very grateful for all his help in the last days of my pregnancy. Additionally, his office staff is very friendly and is conveniently located next to Clovis Community Hospital. I highly recommend Dr. Gilbert Moran!
